It takes a long time to get any repairs done. The gate is always broken, and the breezeway always smells like weed. There are no amenities here.

Living quarters were good . Quiet neighborhood . Before signing the lease please be aware these apartments are 2 mins from train tracks so you’re constantly hearing trains throughout day & night. In addition the 300 building constantly smells like weed.

been living here for about 6 months now. haven’t had any problems and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. the only reason i give it a 3 star is because the gate haven’t been fixed since the first month i moved in.. mind you i had to pay $50 for the sticker that goes into your window so the gate opens automatically but haven’t used it since the gate stays open anyways. the pool still isn’t open since it’s been hot and it’s suppose to be open all year round & the Brivo pass we use to go to the club house hasn’t worked going on 2 months now.
