WILCO Apartments

It’s honestly a shame that Google only lets you give up to 5 stars, because if I could, I would definitely give this apartment 10 stars! From the application process to moving in, and even with all the little maintenance requests and questions along the way, Megan and her team have always been so helpful, patient, and professional. They’ve helped me with so many things and always made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for me!

Update on 8/07/2026: They said half of my $500 deposit was not transferred from formmer management team. I don’t want to waste my time to dig out who paid what and who is to blame. Guess current office is also quite tired though sophisticated of this kind of issue and they hired a debet collecting company lol. Anyway, so I paid extra $100 to get out of this mess. Didn’t worth time bargaining back and forth. So don’t waste your money and time here at the beginning. Very disappointing experience with Wilco Apartments, mainly due to the management office.

I recently moved into Wilco Apartment and have had a great experience so far. The managers have been very friendly and helpful, and any issues I noticed were taken care of quickly. Damaged items were replaced right away, and the maintenance staff were professional and kind. The move-in process was smooth and stress-free. I’m happy with my decision to move here and look forward to living in this community.
