West Quad

⭐ 1/5 — DO NOT MOVE HERE WITHOUT SEEING THE UNIT FIRST. If I could give West Quad zero stars, I would. I moved in on July 15, and what was supposed to be my home has instead become a constant battle with maintenance, management, and basic living conditions. Let’s start with the fact that I have mold in my shower and my bathroom ceiling is literally coming DOWN. We also have a serious bug problem. These aren’t small cosmetic issues — these are things that directly affect the condition and livability of the apartment. The most frustrating part is dealing with maintenance.

I had no major issues with West Quad while living there, but unfortunately, my move out experience completely changed my opinion. I was charged $187 for damages and cleaning. I understand the charges related to the living room since it was a shared space. However, I dispute the personal bedroom charges. When I requested documentation, West Quad sent photos of both my bedroom and my roommate’s separate bedroom. The photo of my room showed no visible damage or cleaning needed, yet I am still being charged.

West Quad is an awesome place to reside. Kendrick and his team were hands on and very attentive to get us moved in. They are always prompt with service and they do it with class. The professionalism with a smile approach was amazing and helped to ease the burden of moving in. I would highly recommend them.
