Requested and reported electrical problem over 3 weeks ago. Only to wait for them to finally hire an electrician to solve and fix the problem. Office and Management seem to be in No hurry to Complete amd resolve issues in apartments. This has by far been the worst experience renting from an apartment complex.

The children's areas are extremely dirty, and there is very little maintenance in the parks and the laundry room.

I Understand its the ghetto but at the same time I just need a place to keep my things and to maybe sleep for a couple of hours while I work my 4 different jobs but this is ridiculous To the person who left their mattress out behind the trash can near the Baja autos the homeless have been using it to have sex i would really appreciate it if the mattress could be taken out so I dont have to hear or smell it when I get off working the night shift.
