Van Alen Apartments

I definitely recommend living at Van Alen. The downtown location makes it super easy to go to different events and try new restaurants in the area. The staff are extremely helpful and take the time to answer any of your questions without it being a burden. Breana Garcia and Layla Perry have been especially helpful in answering leasing questions. The concierge staff: Ondia Taylor, Deja Davis, and Darnell Trujeque have all been super helpful in getting packages and delivering them. Any time we have had a problem, the work orders have been finished in a timely manner.

Top notch apartments, it’s always clean, all the amenities are always working, the leasing agents are kind, the concierge staff are amazing, and the grounds keepers keep the place immaculate 24/7. Even the community events are a blast! 10/10 recommend

The Van Alen is Cool, Clean, and Chic. The staff puts it over the top whether it's the helpful concierge, or Layla and Yanahi Always eager to help, with welcoming charm and smiles on their faces!
