The York

Received several weeks of annoying, robo emails from “Liam” about a mysterious $125 outstanding balance. After several weeks, someone finally responded to my request and contacted me to explained the $125 outstanding balance was for repairs to unit after move-out inspection. Two scuff marks on the walls and settlement/stress cracks on wall near the window. My issue is being charged for settlement/stress cracks which are a direct result of renovation/repairs done by the York prior to move-in. My daughter in no way caused settlement/stress cracks to unit.

The facility isn't bad, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. They are flawless at sending bills in your direction, but when it comes time to issue a credit due or respond to an email inquiry or answer their telephone, good luck. So, if you rent here & never have a problem, you'll be fine. But the moment you need the staff for anything, it's pot luck as to whether you will ever actually receive a response.

garbage. booked at new years moved in in august. nothing cleaned nothing prepared. terminated contract and go by train several weeks untill finding another place. do not count on this
