Avoid this place you will not get your deposit back ✖️ $1200 they charge you parking to park under a solar Panel and a bunch of fees hidden ✖️ $720 also they force you to pay For cox
The maintenance staff is beyond excellent, Javier, Angel, the new guy Anthony. They have been taking care of me and my daughter. Everyone in the leasing office beyond great Margareta, Kaylin, Rogelio. If you get rid of this staff I will have everyone protest! Make sure you keep them. P.S. they deserve the world. Call me if you have questions.
I have to say awesome staff ! polit and sweet they all are especially Roger he went far and beyond trying to help me make the moving process smooth also they all are very attentive they took the time to answer all of my question nowhere did they make me feel like I was a bothering them its been a while where I and my kids felt like home and the Residences at Cota Vera made it happen thank you guys for everything we love it here!
