I’m Not Someone Who Usually Writes Reviews Or Complains About Where I Live, But This Experience Needs To Be Shared. From The Moment I Moved In, I Realized Something Was Off. While Riding The Elevator On Move-In Day, Another Resident Invited Me To Join The Building’s WhatsApp Group. Less Than 24 Hours Later, It Became Obvious That The Chat Was Filled With Grown Adults Constantly Gossiping, Complaining About One Another, And Creating Unnecessary Drama.

Horrible! Stay away. The property manager Maribel is completely useless and very unhelpful. She will not return phone calls or communicate back to residents. I would not rent here. 👎🏻

I have been a resident at The Parker for almost 4 years. For any future residents, you should know that they advertise on-site security but that is not accurate. They employ a courtesy security patrol but they are not on-site / no doorman type service. They used to have that which was such a comfort to residents but they have cut back on that spending. As of late, there have been multiple disturbances/security concerns at the building. The courtesy patrol is lacking in urgency and availability for timely incidents.
