The Mix at SoHay

Please read the entire post and don’t be fooled!!!! The only thing great about living at this apartment building is the amazing staff Brittney, Paulette and Tom. They are always attentive and willing to help. I can’t say the same with their corporate office. The building is roach infested from loads of trash being left in the hallways for hours at a time until the concierge decides to come do the service people pay for. I ran out of fingers on how many times my car has been broken into and had my windows busted out.

Getting help in an emergency situation is the hardest. My toilet wouldn't flush and after three calls and stating I'm going to call a plumber maintenance shows up and fixes the problem. During the conversation it was stated knock on a neighbor's door or go to a public facility. What an awful solution m

Paulette was lovely. She made as feel so welcome to be part of the community even if we were just touring the place.
