The Lodges at West Edge

Do not live here. Very money hungry and will find every excuse to rack additional charges on your bill. They and their parent company are well known for predatory practices. Be prepared for a lot of unreasonable charges for damages upon move out, even if the damage was already there prior. It’s literally there entire business model.

Highly recommend not living here. Terrible move-in conditions and the owners care more about money than the happiness of their tenants. At move in my apartment was disgusting. The floors were sticky and there was dirt, paint chips, and clumps of hair in every room. Even the fridge and dishwasher had weird stains in them that I had to scrub.

Do not move in here if I could give it zero stars I would they will take advantage of you and every single way possible it’s a disgusting place with disgusting owners and disgusting management. Look up Scion group on Better Business Bureau look up their lawsuits DO NOT MOVE IN!!!!
