The Lair at Berkeley

I’ve had a great experience living at The Lair. From the very beginning, David has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and welcoming. Whenever we had a question or needed help with something, he was always there to assist and make sure everything was taken care of. The building is comfortable, well located, and has been a great place to live. What really stands out, though, is the level of care and support from the management. David genuinely goes above and beyond to help residents, and that has made our experience here even better.

I had a wonderful experience living at The Lair! The apartment was incredibly spacious, and the views were one of my favorite parts of living here. The layout made the space feel comfortable and perfect for both studying and relaxing. The management team is super helpful and responsive as well!

Beautiful new building on Haste Street. Apartments come furnished, rooftop with a view, and a stunning lobby! Cons are it is priced on the higher side and no parking. If you do a tour ask for CJ who was super patient with our group!
