The Grove at Murfreesboro

If you live here, I would suggest checking your fire alarms to make sure that they’re actually plugged into the ceiling. A small fire filled our living room and rooms with smoke and imagine my suprise when I do more looking to see that our fire alarms don’t even work. Shame on you guys. Your laziness can kill someone if a horrible situation ever happened, and I would hope that YOU would be held liable.

Good pricing and pet friendly, but the pool hours SUCK, and the trash pick up is so hit or miss

this place is horrible if i could give it 0 stars i would i lived at the grove for 3 years while i was attending school and year by year it progressively became worse let’s start with the utilities i stopped living at the grove for the last three months of my lease because i couldn’t handle the grove any longer and i’ll tell yall why later in the rant but anywho stopped leaving there but they’re still tryna make me pay for the 3 months i wasn’t there it was a vacant place so how did i accumulate $400 of utilities and when i asked why they said its because an estimated amount of you were there...
