I lived at the Drake for a year and a half. Had to end my l lease early because I couldn’t take it anymore. New management is only concerned with renovations and not residents. The lobby, the lounge room, the gym, and basement are all under renovations with no end in sight, making the Drake look dilapidated and disgusting. There are no good amenities worth the insane price of rent. I paid about $2,600 for a two bed, two bath. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling, which led to the entire ceiling caving in and drenching the floor and all my belongings.

New management is terrible, we are constantly being nickle and dimed now and they're taking away all the character. Also worth noting the flood of 5 star reviews in the last month that seem to be associated with the building owners - Shady! Edit for response: wish you guys put as much effort checking the legitimacy of your good reviews as your bad! using a different name because mgmt/owners seem like the vindictive type. Only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is the front desk staff are fantastic

Just moved in today and everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Cheryl Flowers who was here when I arrived. She was so helpful in getting us ready to move everything in, and so kind to everyone passing by. Makes me really look forward to living here!
