Thayer and Spring Apartments

Let me count the ways why you should not live here: 1) Unresponsive maintenance 2) Housekeeping and general upkeep is poor (only 2 housekeepers for the entire building; its a huge building!) 3) The common areas are not cleaned on a regular basis 4) Dirty carpeting in hallways with huge stains most likely from dogs relieving themselves on the carpets (only vacumed once a week if you're lucky) 5) Parking area is filthy (as you enter the building from the parking area there is trash and stains all over the concrete and on the walls; I cringe every time I walk into the building).

I have had the opportunity to see firsthand the level of professionalism and dedication of the property management team. They are responsive, organized, and proactive when addressing resident concerns and property-related issues. Communication is always clear and they genuinely care about maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests. To anyone looking for a new place to call home and wants a team who will ensure they will have a peace of mind in knowing their residence and well-being will be taken care of, I highly recommend Thayer & Spring.
