StoneHorse at Wandermere

Terrible business. They lie about rent and what homes are available. They either don't update their zillow or straight up lie about what places are available. They overcharge for things that they should be paying for. I would never trust this scummy company, renters/buyers beware of their practices and read their lease thoroughly. The workers in office are some of the rudest people I have ever seen. Overall this place just sucks to live at, looks nice I'll give it that but their practices are very shady and scummy

Wife and I applied. Both make decent money. They want 2.5x income. We met that. Got denied EVEN AFTER my brother co signed and he make $100k+ a year. I was looking for a place for my family to live for a year so after the sell of my home. Went and applied at another complex AND WAS ACCEPTED W/O A COSIGNER! I feel at Stonehorse, they want doctors, lawyers, business owners who make $200k per year. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is that the younger gentleman that was trying to help us get in, was very professional and polite.

I've been renting here at StoneHorse at Wandermere for a couple of years now, and overall, it's a solid choice for families looking for spacious duplex homes in North Spokane's peaceful Wandermere area. The two-to-four-bedroom layouts are modern and well-appointed, with stainless steel appliances, central AC/heat, in-unit washers/dryers, and attached two-car garages that make daily life convenient. Amenities like the pool, fitness center, and resident clubhouse add a nice touch for relaxing or hosting friends.
