Solana Winchester Hills

I wanted to update my review of Solana Winchester Hills because, at the end of the day, my overall experience has turned out to be a very positive one. Moving into a new community always comes with questions, adjustments, and sometimes a few unexpected concerns along the way. What has made the biggest difference for me here has been the staff, especially Jessica and Robyn. Both of them have been incredibly kind, patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help whenever I’ve had a question or concern.

When we moved in, we were told a certain amount of money was needed in order to get our keys. When we got there, after making the trip from AZ to Temecula, we were told a higher amount was needed instead because of an error they had made. Due to our banks, it cost money to obtain a cashiers check, which is the only payment method they would accept. Instead of being apologetic and accepting their mistakes or making it right (we could pay the difference in next months rent, personal check, etc) they made us get a new cashiers check prior to moving in.

Solana Winchester hills was great experience. looked like a RESORT!!! Rodger was such a nice gentleman and answered all of our questions. We love our new home.
