Solaire Apartments

The complex itself is at the end of a long street, which I thought meant it'd be quiet. Unfortunately, I was wrong. If you're not lucky enough to snag a townhome up front, it'll suck. If they only have 1st and 2nd floor available, RUN. The complex echos, and it's loud and noisy ALL day. The kids scream and holler while playing outside in the busy parking lot area, so be careful when coming home. I love the fact that they're outside being kids, but damn. The dogs (the same 3 I've heard) bark any time they're left on the patio and it echos. The garages are a plus- until you hear EVERY. SINGLE.

I have lived here for the past year and it has been an amazing experience. Lorraine in the office is always super helpful and friendly whenever I need anything. The apartments are very nice and the location is unmatched. Maintenance is very responsive as well. 10/10.

Wanted to obtain move-in information. No staff on site during normal business hours. 12/29/25 @ 3:30pm. Very disappointing and frustrating. Bad for business.
