Sola at Pacific Highlands Ranch

We lived here for the last year and this was the best first home living in San Diego. Hawi was the best with helping us secure this apartment, Miguel and Jorge alwayssss took care of us whenever we had maintenance issues and Miguel once stayed after hours when there was a plumbing leak in the building to make sure everything was alright. Additionally the cleaning ladies who keep the apartment complex maintained and clean were so sweet whenever we said hi to them in the morning as we made our way out for work.

This review is specifically for Hawi from the Sola leasing team. Although we ended up finding a way to stay in our existing apartment, which was easier for our family, we toured numerous apartments in North County. Sola was our top choice primarily because of Hawi’s professionalism, knowledge, and kindness. She worked really hard to find a unit that we liked and had answers for all of our (many) questions. She responded really quickly to all our calls and emails and followed up promptly. We got as far as applying for and reserving a unit, and she made it so easy every step of the way.
