Sanctuary at Powell Place Apartments

For context, I never lived here, but I did submit a leasing application (which I ultimately had to withdraw for personal reasons unrelated to Sanctuary) and visited Sanctuary for a personal visit in July 2026. I just wanted to leave a review because I really appreciated how flexible the leasing manager was about my application. I had to postpone my lease signing and move-in date multiple times due to delays in my pre-hiring process for an upcoming job in the area.

I have now been living at Sanctuary for approximately one year. Thank goodness I have not had any major issues with my apartment. However, the few times I have, and most recently within the last week, the team has once again provided me with quick, professional, and friendly service to make those repairs. I am grateful to that team (Dominique, Trinity, Jason, Will and Samantha) for their concern and patience! Thank you all!! :-)
