River Trail Village

I’ve been living here for about a year now, and it’s been a great experience, especially since the new management took over. Ty, Marcus, Trinity, Monica, and the entire River Trail staff have been nothing short of amazing. They made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and safe from day one, which has meant a lot to me as an African American man. What really stands out is how much they genuinely care about their residents. They work closely with full-time students, helping accommodate their needs so they can stay focused on their education and set themselves up for success.

Such bad and unorganized management, I’ve gone to the office to discuss a lot of issues and I’ve been brushed off. I’ve only been here a year and gosh was it something. I got my clothes stolen and after months and many visits to the front desk I never heard back on any resolutions. I’ve also signed documents to renew and now they’re telling me that I have to move out and that they couldn’t find those documents. Again if you want to deal with management that doesn’t know what they’re doing go ahead and move in.

Rent is too much with not enough parking.
