Awful customer service. The leasing office staff were very rude, dismissive, and unhelpful.

Overall, there are systemic issues with this apartment complex. There is a communication problem. Many employees don’t speak or understand English, and there is significant misunderstanding regarding maintenance peoples/issues, overcharging discrepancies with parking fees, and mis-management aka a couple who kept a package of mine and then used queer behavior when I inquired about it. I’m aware that we can all get into an analytical conversation over the rights, versus commercialization of spaces. And what language belongs first and foremost where in America.

The women in the leasing office are rude, nasty and disrespectful when you come in. I’ve had to come in on multiple occasions and both times they were rude, nasty and disrespectful. Once I was helping an Amazon delivery man find where he was going and again same experience to me and the Amazon man, as if we weren’t supposed to be there. They often tow residents and community members from their parking lot. They don’t care if they’re using the proper tow method, they will damage your car. These women are bitter and disrespectful and they don’t know what they’re doing.
