Residences at Indian Trail

We are a family of six — four young children — who lost our home in the Old Trails fire. In the middle of trying to find our kids somewhere to live, we applied here and paid $290, including a $200 fee they explicitly told us was refundable. We withdrew within a week, before any approval, before a lease, before they lifted a finger on our application beyond receiving it. They have not refunded a cent claiming they are entitled to it for liquidated damages.

If you are looking for an affordable, spacious town home, then I would highly recommended the Residences at Indian Trail. The units have great finishes on the interior. The location is amazing as well, very close to Riverside State Park, plus various other trail systems within a short drive. The leasing team does an awesome job, very patient and helpful throughout the move in process.

I absolutely love living at Residences at Indian Trail! The 3-bedroom homes are incredibly spacious and well-designed. The extra space has been perfect for my family. The property manager, Carissa, is fantastic. She is always friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents and community. Her professionalism and willingness to help make living here an even better experience. Highly recommend!
