Reflection Student Apartments

Management is never helpful. Hard to get in contact with and slow to respond, if at all. Building is new, has so much potential, but all is lost to the poor managers. **From bad to worse: Management continues to be the worst. New team actually finds ways to handle issues even more poorly than prior crew! Maintenance issues never get resolved, air conditioning doesn't work for extended periods of time with no compensation!! ***Update: call the number and get off-site call center that will contact non-existent management personnel. Issues always get passed down the line, never get resolved!!

Parking of the building is tight and expensive and the management isn't that helpful but the apartments and view are nice. I've also asked that they use my preferred name and put it into the system SEVERAL times and each time I am addressed with the improper name. Either individuals are actively choosing to dead name me when they don't actively need to, or they never actually put it into their system.

If you have any other options available, take them before moving into Reflection. When I first moved in August 2024, everything seemed fine. I originally applied for a 3x3, but on move in day I was unable to move into the unit because of its condition. It was dirty and not move in ready. I immediately went back to the leasing office and was transferred to a 4x4 instead. The 4x4 was cheaper, and I was told by the manager at the time, Donell, that the price difference would either be refunded to me or credited toward my next month’s rent. Long story short, that never happened.
