You can find a better place for way cheaper. I don’t know if it’s because of their change in management but Redpoint has seriously gone down over the years. They’re money hungry and in my opinion only care about their residents when it’s time to renew. They make guest pay for parking which makes no sense and They’re claiming it’s because of the safety of the residents but we all know that’s just some serious bullshit. I won’t be renewing.

Do not stay at red point Denton. I had mold multiple times at this apartment and the front desk staff aren’t friendly. When I moved out they charged me 300+ even though my apartment was in perfect condition. Please stay away!! They also charge people to park at the apartment which is genuinely insane.

I highly DO NOT Recommend living at Redpoint Denton. It has been a complete nightmare since moving in this July, and I would never recommend this complex to anyone. I initially brought serious concerns to management privately, expecting them to handle things professionally. The maintenance standards and living conditions here are Not good. Trash was left uncollected for months, even though we are continuously billed for trash pickup every month. Management only began doing their jobs after I filed a complaint to the City of Denton.
