Polar bear replaced my Air conditioner and furnace. They did an excellent job. Very polite and professional and neat. Kept me informed as what they were doing. I highly recommend them. Saving money on my electric bill. Very happy.

Had my AC/Heat Pump installed in August. Jim is very professional. After speaking with Jim about the issues with my AC/Heat Pump I was convinced he was the guy I felt most comfortable with. Knowledgeable, and experienced. His crew was professional in all aspects. Best part, he takes care of everything including warranty paperwork and rebates. Victoria and the staff are so thoughtful and wonderful, they installed a A/C system in our home, and now do the yearly maintenance to the A/C system, the A/C works great and never had any problems with the system since it was installed, I would highly recommend this company, all the staff is kind , professional and knowledgeable!
