Pinnacle on Pleasant

My name is Teresa, and I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the Pinnacle on Pleasant leasing office and maintenance team. I have been a resident of this community since March of this year. I pay my rent on time—often early—and I am a responsible tenant who does not cause issues. Despite this, I have experienced ongoing problems with roaches and other insects in my apartment. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests for pest treatment, yet these requests have repeatedly gone unaddressed.

We recently moved here! It’s really nice and our neighbors are nice too! The staff is very friendly and willing to help with anything.

Had problems since I moved in my 2 bedroom. From pest control issues to no working AC. How yall want people to pay rent and abide by the rules of the lease and you guys aren’t even making it a priority to fix peoples air conditioning. It’s almost 90 degrees in my apartment. Absolutely ridiculous. Lawsuit coming soon.
