This place was really nice to live in, but beware when you move out, it seems like maybe the staff is not trained properly because we were informed by a woman, I don’t recall her name but she was in the office closest to the break room - I went to her in March of 2026 - to ask about the break lease fee and how it works. She let me know that IF we pay the fee we can give our notice to vacate and then once they have a new tenant we would be able to be reimbursed and would only have to pay for the number of days the unit was vacant.

$5,000 move out fees, with lots of AirBnB hosting at this location. The management changes every few months, some mangers were great and we had a few that were terrible. The location is beautiful, never had big issues until moving out. We have been trying to reach them because we want to dispute the amount of move out fees. It is unfair that they are charging so much money for a move out. They just ignore our emails. We are NOT the only ones who are going through this same issue with move our fees. They over charging for move outs. Just a warning for anyone that plans to move in and out.

I’ve been at this complex since 2024 and it’s been great. Paloma has been my favorite apartment I’ve stayed at. Close to a lot of great food spots, good amenities, nice vibes, close to freeways and great staff. I want to shout out Charles who has helped us with a transfer and was extremely professional and friendly. Also Michael who helped us first sign here.
