We been living at NOVEL Nona for over 2 years and is amazing. I have nothing but good things to say about the maintenance supervisor Pablo I wish I could give him 10 stars!
Beautiful community, excellent staff, and a great location. Maintenance was always responsive and professional. The only downside was that the shower corners were prone to developing mold. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend Novel Nona.
Angel and Jamie are some of the nicest people at a property that I’ve ever met. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail was so meaningful to my apartment search. I’m so excited to be apart of the Novel Nona community!
