10/02/26 FINAL UPDATE: After weeks of disputing my move-out charges, escalating to Scion, filing a BBB & California DOJ complaint, and repeatedly telling Lark that their inspection photos DID NOT match my room, they finally called me and admitted there was human error — the inspection photos they were using were NOT the correct photos of my room. I KNEW IT. I had been pointing out that the bathroom, closet, and bedroom layouts literally did not match my space, yet I was repeatedly told the photos were connected to my room.

Listen to the recent reviews about how this place is terrible and why you should live literally anywhere else!!! My car was towed within the first month of me living here because the security thought I parked in the wrong spot and they made me pay for it. There were a couple times that we didn’t have running water for a several days, the WiFi always cuts out, the gym doesn’t have AC, the pool is always closed, the gates are always broken, and you you can expect to hear people screaming outside of your building at 3am pretty much every weekend.

Where do I even begin. I wish I could give this place a better review, I really do, because it has so much potential, but when the space has been made so unlivable for me I can’t. I feel it is my duty to warn people of what they could get into here. I pray these problems never come your way, but I fear they are almost an inevitably. My biggest concern: Management does not care. No issue is big enough for them to care.
