La Vista Apartments

I wouldn’t even choose this place as a last resort. The rent is way too high for what you get. Roaches, busted doors, constant SMPD coming by for fights or fires, and people constantly trashing the outside areas. There are little kids as young as 4 running around the parking lot unattended, there’s never any street parking, and homeless people are constantly coming in and out of the area and harassing residents. A security gate would honestly make a huge difference.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff especially Viviana, she answered all of questions and made moving in seamless, easy and completely stress free.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. do NOT live here. They are infested with cockroaches everywhere, the pool the apartments, when you walk down the streets. I have lived here for 7 months and nothing but crime and inhabitability. So far I’ve gotten a restraining order, seen car crashes, roach infestations, DUIs, FIRES. I have left countless cop statements. They don’t care who’s living here and won’t kick them out even if they threaten your life. I have called the cops and notified La vista multiple times. Their management sucks they go through different management every month.
