I had a wonderful experience at Kidman Woods! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From the moment you arrive, you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in maintaining a welcoming community. A special thank you to Shearn, the property manager, for her outstanding hospitality and dedication. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel valued and heard. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly make a difference.

The best customer service and communication from start to finish. Lassania and the manager made my move in smooth and stress free. This community is Beautiful and well kept

Overall, I’ve had a pretty good experience with Kitterman Woods Apartments. The community has a nice atmosphere, great parking and the location is convenient for getting around the area. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall it’s a comfortable place.
