Isle House

Beautiful property. It feels like I’ve been here forever. There isn’t much bad I can say about it. Of course, there are issues, but compared to other properties, the flaws here are relatively minor. The management transition was difficult for some residents I knew who had built relationships with the previous team. Bozzuto also had a lot to clean up, including promises the previous management made to fill units but couldn’t keep. Naturally, that created some challenges.

Since Bozzuto took over management of Isle House I’ve been very disappointed with their management compared with the previous management under Greystar. The biggest issue has been responsiveness. When Greystar managed the property, I could generally expect a response within about three business days. With Bozzuto, I’ve repeatedly had emails go unanswered for a week or longer, even after following up or speaking with the team in person. At this point, I honestly don’t know what their expected response time is or what the proper escalation process is when something isn’t being addressed.

Bee is a wonderful concierge and very friendly person. She is always smiling, interactive and attentive. I look forward to her greetings as I leave and/or return home. Thank you, Bee!!
