Agree this place is horrible! The elevator and lobby are cooler than the hallways and apartments. It’s almost impossible to put linens on the beds because of the configuration. The whole inside looks unfinished with all the exposed pipes. The garbage shoot isn’t working. Accent wall in the unit looks like it needs a second coat of paint. If you turn the kitchen lights out it turns the fan off. You have to leave the hot lights on for the fan to stay on. They’re extremely expensive for no air conditioning! How are people supposed to study?!

Anyone considering this dorm needs to know the towers and rooms are EXTREMELY HOT! It is August 2026, I toured the facility and was shocked! The hallways have no air conditioning, rooms were about 95° - no air conditioning, we toured the laundry room -- bad. For $2,000 it should have air circulation. I'm not sure how students sleep or study. The rooms are nicely laid out, but the heat 🥵 🔥.

I’ll just start by saying thank god I moved out. It’s been a full year and STILL the amenities such as the market which were PROMISED have not been built yet. Hale haukani decided to spend the entire year building a children’s center in the north tower which benefits none of the residents paying the egregious rent costs. Atleast now you can hear children screaming while Hale Haukani raises the rent and delivers on nothing. The parking situation is truly awful and they threaten to tow your car even if you’re just putting away groceries or running home to grab something.
