Grand Vista Luxury Apartments

I’ve lived here for about six months now and I love it. My space is beautiful and has so much light. The property is gorgeous too. There has been a lot of management turn over but they’ve all been friendly and communicative.

The two best “things” about living at Grand Vista are actually people. Rachel is an outstanding manager, always approachable, kind and helpful. Brian is, in a word, amazing. It seems like he can fix anything, and always with a smile. We love the apartment, the location, the gardens…but the two most valuable assets are the folks mentioned sbove

Nice quiet place to live . Manager is nice . The one bedroom is spacious. People are friendly . Location is great ! Close to the waterfront Close to shopping you can walk to shop . It’s a gated community . It might have had a few issues getting started . But that happens when things get going . But the issues have been corrected and it’s a great place to live !!! The new manager has worked hard to get things taken care of . And it’s not gone unnoticed…
