Love the property and the staff is amazing. Chad (maintenance) is always prompt to respond to any issues. Management is amazing to work with.
The property is well maintained and every member of that staff has been great. Highly recommend.
After having a horrible experience at the complex next door. I stumbled across Flats on Front and immediately made the best decision ever. Adam, Brooke and Dev made this place the easiest place to move into. The apartment is amazing but the maintenance and the office staff is literally the best in Wilmington. I’m happy to call this place home. I will always recommend the flats.
