ENVii Apartments

I am extremely disappointed that I have to wait for ONE FULL WEEK in order to take care of the completely unnacceptable COCKROACH problem!!! What am I supposed to do? Live and sleep with roaches for one week until someone takes care of it?? Other than that everything else is fine and the ppl at the office are very nice, helpful, and sweet. A roach infestation however is an issue that must be address IMMEDIATELY!!!

Currently living at rio seco apartments,can't wait to move out, Relentless cockroaches, vandalism at night, somebody broke into my car, if your car doesn't have current tags m n' s towing vultures will tow it at your expenses,$280 to recover it from the yard, and increases day by day.

Feel like 3 stars is appropriate as it looks like a really nice place and the reviews from residents seem positive but I wasted my time driving all the way across town because of a 6-week free, no move in fee promotion on their website to learn that (conveniently?) they had none of those units left, and the only thing they had was $400 off if I signed up in 48 hours. Felt like a bait and switch to me.
