Copper Beech at San Marcos

As a parent, I wanted to get a view of my daughter's new home in the coming months. My initial impression was that of the three individuals in the office, two (2) were very nice and personable. I will return after our move in date and provide more detail about the property and our experience. UPDATE: I am back...move in was last weekend, 08/16/26, and it was a total NIGHTMARE. The apartment was filthy and we were totally shocked. I have never in my life moved into an apartment, even in college, and walked into so much disgust.

mail room situation is ridiculous. I spend 10 minutes each visit and multiple visits to find ONE package because half the time people move your packages around so it’s in the wrong section, and the front office doesn’t do anything or care. It’s extremely messy and you will spend forever searching for your package. Didn’t have this problem at my last complex. Update: This is the second time I’ve had to file a refund to Amazon because my packages keep getting stolen.

This place is terrible. Rashad, the property manager doesn’t know how to do his job and will ignore all of your requests. Place is infected with mold and no one seems to care. Please choose any other apartment but Copper Beach. I’m begging you.
