Central house helped get me into a new apartment and granted me the time I needed to move out without rushing me.

I strongly advise anyone subleasing to avoid this company. The staff lacks basic training and internal communication, and the company’s practices feel predatory. Advice for future tenants: -Avoid this company if you have any other options. I would have paid more for my lease to avoid the headache this company caused me this past summer. -Document everything. Take detailed move-in photos and keep every email, text, and receipt. It is your only defense against wrongful damage charges. -Dispute all unjustified fees. Never pay just to make a problem go away.

From what I’ve gathered from living here this place provides pretty much everything you can get from living somewhere. It currently stands to grant its tenants shelter, nature(The park), privacy, access to transportation(buses and cars), utilities, administration, and community with the low price of asking politely and paying what I currently deem as a fair price. If works maintains what it has, I would be proud to not only call this place my home, but to learn to give this place more than it asks for.
