Imagine paying nearly $300 a month for parking—on top of already high rent—only to have your car effectively held hostage in the garage for days at a time. The building uses a stacker parking system that breaks down constantly, and when it does, you’re completely stuck. There’s no workaround, no backup plan—just a vague explanation that it’s managed by a “third-party vendor” who conveniently doesn’t operate on weekends. This isn’t a rare inconvenience—it happens regularly. The system goes down every other week, and residents are just expected to deal with it.
