I’ve had a great experience leasing at The Blume. The place is beautiful, extremely clean, well-maintained, and even nicer than I expected. Paul the owner, has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He made everything simple and stress free. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the condo and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in coral gables.

Blume Coral Gables has been an excellent place to live. The staff and management are genuinely kind, attentive, and consistently accommodating. Paul, Dallas, Caylee, and the entire behind-the-scenes team handle requests with promptness, interest, and genuine concern. From the outset, the move-in process was exceptionally seamless, reflecting the team's organization and commitment to the resident experience. The building is exceptionally clean, the apartments are beautiful with fantastic views, and its thoughtful technological features make navigating the property seamless and convenient.

I’ve had a great experience living at Blume Coral Gables! The location is perfect it’s close to everything while still feeling like home. One of my favorite things about living here is the leasing office team. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help no matter what I need.
