UPDATE: 8/5 If you take them to court for a tow hearing Lorena will straight up LIE to the judge and state "there is no issue with parking and plenty is offered," then bring up garages to deflect. At lease signing when I asked about unreserved availability she stated, "well, there is only about 3 of those spaces on any given day." And at court, said the people "with reserved spaces work to pay for it." Thanks for that riveting statement Lorena!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience living here. One of the biggest ongoing issues is that residents do not pick up after their dogs. There is feces all over the property — throughout the grounds, in the grass areas, it has never once been properly cleaned up. It’s unsanitary, unacceptable. There is a resident in Building 3 with a large poodle who repeatedly allows her dog to defecate directly in front of our grass areas near our front doors, does not pick it up. Another resident and I have personally witnessed this multiple times.
