PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MOVE HERE. I believe this is an accurate depiction of my experience as a former resident. I lived at AMLI Flatiron from June 2024 to September 2026, and overall, I actually enjoyed living here. First, Gabby, Bryan, Melissa, and the maintenance team deserve their flowers. They were amazing, professional, responsive, and helpful throughout my time here. The building did have issues. I experienced leaking/moisture problems, which surprised me for such a new building.

My partner and I just signed our lease renewal after living in the community for a year, and we're thrilled to continue calling Amli Flatiron home. The leasing staff, Gaby and Bryan, are both so lovely, inviting, and always helpful. Maintenance needs are minimal, but the team is always quick to respond, friendly, and well organized. The building and grounds are well kept, amenities are top notch, and the location is full of all major conveniences. It's a joy to come home to our gorgeous apartment and interact with the kind staff at this location.
