ICAN is a nonprofit organization on a mission to empower people with disabilities to discover and achieve their own ‘I CAN’ statement. For over 45 years, we have been providing quality employment, empowerment, life skills, and social programs for Southern California’s adults with physical and developmental disabilities. Our vision is a world where individuals with disabilities are given the opportunity to live, work, and learn through the programs and services of their choice.
