Chaquez McCall has been a Florence resident for over 30 years. He is a proud graduate from Wilson High School and Francis Marion University where he studied political science. While at Francis Marion, he was awarded the Jesse A. Cole Political Science Scholarship and The Neal D. Thigpen Award in South Carolina Politics and Government. Moreover, he was inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta History Honor Society.

After graduating from Francis Marion University in Indiana, McCall moved to Durham, NC, where he attended North Carolina Central University School of Law. While in Law School, served as a staff editor for the prestigious NCCU Law Review and worked extensively in the Civil Litigation Clinic, where he worked on small and complex litigation.

After graduating Law School, Mr. McCall returned back to his roots in Florence, SC and worked as a judicial law clerk under the tutelage of Circuit Court Judge D. Craig Brown. He learned the inner workings and the court system during this time.

He was able to interact directly with local lawyers, solicitors, and judges throughout the process. After completing his clerkship, McCall opened McCall Law, which specializes in Personal Injury and Criminal Law.
